Terms and Conditions

Delivery to Huntsville, Madison, Harvest and Athens is free. If your event is located in another area of

North Alabama, we will contact you upon booking with the additional delivery fee information. If your

event is outside of these cities and you would like to know the cost of delivery prior to booking your

rental, please contact us before you pay the non-refundable deposit. Delivery fees typically range

between $50-$150.

We can set up on grass, turf, pavers, and concrete. Sorry, we cannot under any circumstances set up on

rocks, gravel, or dirt.

We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to book the inflatables. The deposit is applied towards the

total of your rental. If you need to cancel your event, we will hold your deposit and you can reschedule

for any future date. If you reschedule your event more than once, there will be a $50 inconvenience

fee.

We set up the morning of your event between 7am-1pm. In the case you need a special delivery time,

please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. We pickup same-day after your event

ends. Pickups requested after 9pm will incur an additional charge of $50.

One of the greatest dangers when using inflatables is wind. A strong gust of wind can pull the stakes

anchoring a bounce house or slide out of the ground and send it flying through the air with people on it.

Inflatables must be deflated when winds reach 15 mph. No exceptions.

There are no shoes, food, drinks, face paint, pen/marker/crayon/paint/etc. allowed on the bounce

house as this can cause the vinyl to pop, rip, or stain. Any damage (beyond typical wear and tear) will

result in an additional fee to repair or replace the damage done. We do not set up at events with face

paint. Face paint (even washable) permanently stains the bouncers. If any face paint gets on the
