Frequently Asked Questions

We request a $50.00 security deposit at time of booking. All deposits are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to another event for a period of one year.  Deposits are accepted via PayPal, debit/Visa. Full payment is due day of delivery.   

Both! Although grass is a suitable option for setting up, it is not preferred. We can set up on grass, turf, pavers, and concrete. Sorry, we cannot under any circumstances set up on rocks, gravel, or dirt.

Delivery to Huntsville, Madison, Harvest and Athens is free. If your event is located in another area of North Alabama, we will contact you upon booking with the additional delivery fee information. If your event is outside of these cities and you would like to know the cost of delivery prior to booking your rental, please contact us before you pay the non-refundable deposit. Delivery fees typically range between $50-$150.
